Milwaukee goes back to an old playbook for teaching math in the early grades

A partnership between UW-Milwaukee and the Milwaukee school system led to a “golden age” of teaching math in the district between 2004 and 2014. Those who were involved are now trying to revive the program for early educators in Milwaukee.
